JOB SUMMARY

As the Leader of Internal Sales Representatives, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of internal telemarketing and sales professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure that all sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met or exceeded.

You will manage day-to-day telemarketing operations, monitor team performance through Salesforce CRM, and develop sales strategies, training materials, and performance improvement plans. As a leader at Radwell International, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-first thinking while collaborating with senior management, marketing,



and operations to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include a wide range of hands-on activities to oversee and manage internal telemarketing and sales operations.

• Provide excellent, direct service to a portfolio of key clients.

• Manage day-to-day telemarketing operations with precision and efficiency.

• Ensure all outbound and inbound sales activities align with Radwell International's business objectives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction.

• Monitor team performance, track leads, manage pipelines, and generate actionable reports using Salesforce CRM.
