Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead PepsiCo Mexico Foods' Digital Growth agenda through MiNegocio, owning the commercial performance, value realization and strategic evolution of the digital B2B channel.



Accountable for delivering the growth commitments embedded in the approved business case by orchestrating local and global capabilities across Commercial Operations, Analytics, Product, Technology and Customer Experience.

The role serves as the primary business owner of MiNegocio in Mexico, translating market opportunities into scalable growth initiatives, influencing product and analytics roadmaps, defining strategic priorities, and ensuring successful adoption and monetization of digital capabilities. The position is responsible for driving incremental Gross Sales, Net Revenue growth, customer lifetime value expansion, and long-term digital channel sustainability while maintaining alignment with Mexico, LATAM and Global priorities.

Your Impact

As Digital Growth Lead Director your scope would consist of:

• Own the commercial performance and growth strategy of MiNegocio Mexico, ensuring achievement of Gross Sales, Net Revenue and value realization commitments
