Position Summary:

Responsible for the results of the following indicators: Security, Quality,



Operational KPIs, Delivery and Cost, for the product that is carried out in plant. You must apply the philosophy of HPS. Develop Harman skills in employees.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Launch Engineer
· Jr. Launch Engineer
· Launch Technician
· As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

· Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.
· Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, VJIs (Visual Job Instructions), plant layouts, labeling layout, etc.
· Maintains/improve the status of the project, using tools like Projectbook.
· Comply with quality systems and environ
