Responsibilities
About this role:

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of regulatory reports submitted to local authorities, ensuring full compliance with applicable reporting requirements and internal deadlines.



Working under the leadership of the Finance Manager, this position will be responsible for the regulatory reporting cycle, including data validation, reconciliation against accounting records, documentation of internal controls and maintenance of supporting technical notes and procedures aligned with GM Financial (GMF) policy. Beyond the recurring cycle, this role will drive the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes — identifying manual or low-value activities, designing more efficient and traceable solutions, and partnering on system and data initiatives to strengthen accuracy, auditability and turnaround time. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both internal (Accounting, Credit Risk, IT, internal audit, etc.) and external (regulators, external auditors, system providers, etc.) counterpart
