Objective of the position:
Provide expert level governance to "Purchasing Department" with focus on bus and lead process and system related changes (process creation, testing, training, implementation).

Lead the end-to-end proDIGY implementation for DVCM,



create and foster a continuous learning and improvement environment for purchasing employees TT/GN, and enhance qualification opportunities for purchasing employees, and IT system liaison (M22, cbFC).

• Process oriented, able to focus on details, analytical and strategic thinking to establish a course of action. Focus on customer and market needs, drive innovation and lead change.
• Analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) preferred.
• Challenge to top performance, build a diverse culture of collaboration and learning, execute decisions and deliver results. Demonstrate accountability and credibility. Promote global standards and strategies that TT/GSG develops.
• Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to propose improvements that enhance system performance and use
