- Ensure the smooth movement of goods from origin to the final customer across different countries without delays or disruptions.
- Identify the most efficient routes, transportation methods,



and logistics solutions to reduce costs and delivery times in domestic and international operations.
- Ensure all customs, import/export, and transportation documentation and processes are completed correctly to avoid penalties and delays.
- Maintain strict inventory control and real-time tracking of domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure domestic and international customers receive their orders on time and according to agreed conditions, resolving issues quickly.
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure requests are completed on schedule.
- Analyze processes to identify improvements and reduce risks within the integral supply chain.
- Generate delivery notes, invoices, and other transportation documents.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or missing shipments.
