Lead Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain & Purchasing to lead purchasing, supplier management, distribution, inventory, and supply chain operations across Mexico.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity responsible for ensuring the continuous, efficient, and cost-effective supply of food, packaging, promotional products, and related materials across a large restaurant network.
The role will serve as a key liaison between senior leadership, franchisees, suppliers, distributors, finance, operations, marketing, R&D;, quality assurance, and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead purchasing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain management activities across Mexico.
Oversee supplier relationships, commercial contracts, negotiations, performance, and compliance.
Ensure product availability, quality, service levels, supplier capacity, and competitive costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees,



suppliers, distributors, and senior stakeholders.
Partner with Marketing, Operations, R&D;, Quality Assurance, and Finance on promotions and new product introductions.
Lead inventory planning, recalls, product holds, obsolete inventory, and supply continuity initiatives.
Manage distribution agreements and reconciliation processes.
Partner with Finance on budgets, supplier rebate programs, pricing, inventory, and financial performance.
Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements across supply chain operations.
Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team.
Present strategic plans, budgets, business reviews, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus .
~6–8+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, distribution, or related functions.
