You will be part of the Finance Shared Services team for the Latin America North (LARN) region based in Monterrey, Mexico, a high-impact unit responsible for maintaining operational excellence, strong internal controls, and end-to-end accounting processes that support the organization's financial health and strategic growth.
The Senior Finance Manager oversees Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations for the LARN region,



leading a team of 14 while ensuring robust internal controls, legal entity consolidation, and accurate financial reporting. The purpose of this role is to drive working capital efficiency, ensure audit compliance, and guide the team through process transformation initiatives.
Manage a team of 14 finance professionals, including 4 direct reports, fostering professional growth, performance, and continuous development across the department. Manage third-party team to complete back-office activities Ensure adequate internal controls for all AR and AP processes to safeguard assets and comply with corporate and regional guidelines. Direct the completion and consolidation of legal entities across the LARN region, ensuring accounting integrity and timely month-end closes.
Publish financial reports, metrics and variance analysis related to AR and AP to provide leadership with actionable operational insights. App
