We are seeking an organised, knowledgeable and confident UCAS Coordinator to take responsibility for the delivery and administration of the UCAS application process at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading.This role is open to both Teaching and Support StaffThis role will provide high-quality guidance, training and support to students, parents and colleagues throughout the UCAS process, helping students make informed decisions about their future courses, universities and progression routes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the administration of UCAS applications and ensure applications are completed accurately and within required deadlines.Oversee the preparation and completion of UCAS references, ensuring they meet the required standard.Train colleagues in effective UCAS reference writing.Provide individual guidance to students on course and university choices.Deliver assemblies, workshops and presentations to students and parents on the UCAS process.Support students with personal statements, university research, responding to offers, student finance and UCAS Extra.Monitor and track student applications and offers.Compile student destination information and relevant data.Report UCAS information and data to the Leadership Team.Maintain effective communication with the Leadership Team and relevant colleagues to support the quality of applications.Keep professional knowledge up to date with changes to UCAS processes.The Adecuado CandidateYou will have strong knowledge and understanding of the UCAS process and be able to take ownership of the application journey from initial preparation through to submission and progression.You Will HaveOutstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage the UCAS process effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with students, parents and colleagues.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring applications are completed to a high standard.The ability to manage competing priorities within the time available.Reliability,
