Support integral Design for Assembly processes, including validation of assumptions, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement (lessons learned, workshops).Lead industrialization activities for new products/processes, including risk assessment, layouts , Lean Line Design) prototypes, and plant launch support.Define and develop equipment and tooling specifications in collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering; support supplier selection.Ensure plant capacity alignment by validating equipment availability and output vs. demand using tools like Power BI. (Nice to have)Manage capital and quotation processes (AMEs),



including cost modeling for tooling, equipment, labor, capacity, and launch timing.Drive equipment build tracking, machine qualification and Global development process gate reviews, ensuring technical readiness (cycle time, quality, delivery).Develop and maintain PFMEA, manufacturing process documentation (flows, instructions), and support CTQ and change management processes.Your Profile as Advance Manufacturing Engineer:
