Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic HB Associate to support hospital billing workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role is designed for professionals with experience in hospital billing, healthcare revenue cycle, hospital operations, patient financial services, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare IT, or related healthcare environments who are interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare consulting.

Epic HB experience or certification is not required to apply. Candidates may have opportunities to develop Epic expertise and pursue certification based on applicable role requirements, business needs, eligibility, and Epic processes.

What You’ll Do
- Support hospital billing and revenue cycle workflows within Epic.
- Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Hospital Billing.
- Support workflows involving hospital charges, billing, claims, payments, adjustments, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.




- Work with revenue cycle and hospital operations teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Support analysis of billing workflows and related system processes.
- Investigate application and workflow issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
- Support implementation, upgrade, optimization, and enhancement activities as applicable.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with patient financial services, billing teams, revenue cycle leaders, clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
