As a key member of the Projects team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to implementation and close-out, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, drive process improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of systems and operational efficiency.

Key Performance Outputs

Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deadlines.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate business requirements into clear project documentation, including:
- Process maps
- Workflow diagrams
- Test plans
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans
- Evaluate systems and recommend enhancements that support business objectives.
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Risk, Quality & Reporting
