Job Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will support lead engineers with the creation of 3D parts, assembly CAD Models, 2D Drawings and 3D Model Based Definitions, Bill of Materials (BOM) and PLM/PDM data. It is expected to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision and coaching. Will support the Transfer projects developing reliable and accurate designs for Liquid Cooling products.

Position Summary
The Mechanical Design Engineer will support lead engineers with the creation of 3D parts, assembly CAD Models, 2D Drawings and 3D Model Based Definitions, Bill of Materials (BOM) and PLM/PDM data. It is expected to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision and coaching.
Will support the Transfer projects developing reliable and accurate designs for Liquid Cooling products.
Responsabilities
- Contribute to the support of Liquid Cooling products updating sheet metal parts and HVAC piping including refrigerant and hydraulic.
- Create and maintain 3D assembly models in Creo.
- Develop 3D parts and create required documentations 2D drawings or 3D Model Based Definitions (PVZ’s).
- Prepare and maintain BOM.
- Contribute and collaborate with NPDI, Electrical, Mechanicals and thermal engineers to develop new solutions for Liquid cooling products.
- Selections of materials and hardware. Keep communication with internal and external suppliers.
- Support prototype builds and validation testing, manufacturing, quality issues and improvements.
