About The Role
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Customer Experience Solution Lead to drive exceptional visitor experiences within an advanced industrial customer experience center currently under development.
This role will be involved from the early stages of the project, contributing to the conceptualization, implementation, and operation of the center. The selected candidate will lead technical demonstrations, engage with customers and business stakeholders, and showcase innovative technologies and solutions through compelling and consultative experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and operational readiness of the customer experience center.
- Conduct facility tours and technical demonstrations for customers, partners, and visitors.
- Present technology solutions and communicate their business value in a compelling manner.
- Ensure demonstration systems, equipment, and digital experiences remain functional, current, and impactful.




- Act as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong post-sales customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for solution expansion, cross-selling, and value creation.
- Gather customer insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of the visitor experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, operations, and business development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, business development, customer experience, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or related areas.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial, automation, electrification, or manufacturing environments.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
