Your Role
- Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a integral ADAS data acquisition program.
- Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs.
- Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Your Profile




- 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments.
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
