Develop and maintain 2D and 3D workstation layouts using AutoCAD in alignment with production flow and plant constraints.
Identify and specify equipment for the material presentation on the layout
Perform field checks to identify any monuments and confirm the accuracy of the layout
Provide build and installation drawings to the build team
Participate in pilot builds and process validation to verify layout accuracy and resolve design-related issues.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on ergonomics, productivity, and space utilization.
Maintain accurate station documentation, drawing revisions, and design change logs.
Work with the area lead to ensure the assigned area of the plant is ready to support build events
