At USI Mexico, a global leader in electronics manufacturing solutions, we are seeking a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the plant's Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and others.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality performance targets, customer satisfaction goals, and defect reduction objectives.
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
- Manage cross-functional teams within Quality, Quality Engineering, and Management Systems.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, and Control Plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, lowering quality costs, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Address customer requirements and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in Quality leadership roles within the electronics manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven experience leading quality teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and 8D.
- Experience managing OEM customer relationships and leading audit activities.li>
- Advanced English communication skills for interaction with customers and corporate teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
