The team is in charge of managing Partners - agencies who service brands on TikTok and responsible for partners' performance.
We are looking for an account manager to onboard, incubate and support Partners in the Mexico market. As the Partnership Development and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem.
The role Partnership Development and Operations Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through business development,
training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with partners on the platform. This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to media companies. You will become an expert on social E-commerce and all things to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok.
