Coordinate and supervise material operations to ensure the timely delivery of materials to production lines, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, material picking, and material movement activities. Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field (preferred).




- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Maquiladora Industry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
- SAP knowledge (materials and inventory modules).
- Warehouse and inventory management and control.
- Material planning and supply to production lines.
- Management of internal logistics and materials KPIs.
- Knowledge of FIFO, Kanban, cycle counts, and inventory control.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001 preferred).
