We are looking for a highly experienced Manufacturing/Industrialization Engineer with 7-8+ years of experience leading complex industrialization projects in manufacturing environments. This role will drive new line development, equipment implementation, assembly process optimization, and large-scale localization and capacity expansion projects. The ideal candidate brings extensive plant-level project execution experience and a strong track record delivering results across general operations.

What will you do?
- Lead industrialization projects from concept through production implementation.
- Develop and optimize assembly processes, manufacturing layouts, and line architecture.
- Define specifications, selection, qualification, and deployment of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Lead localization, production transfer, and capacity expansion initiatives.
- Drive PFMEA/AMEF, work instructions, process standards, and manufacturing documentation.
- Partner with global Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure project success.




- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement.
- Support automation projects and manufacturing technology implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Travel up to 50-70% across North America and other global manufacturing locations.
