Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the sales leadership team, the Assistant Inside Sales Representative supports customer opportunities,
quotation activities, and account administration. This position serves as an entry point into Volex's commercial organization and provides exposure to customer relationships, product applications, pricing processes, and manufacturing operations.

- Receive customer inquiries, RFQs, and commercial requests; validate information and coordinate responses with appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain opportunities, contacts, activities, quote records, pricing information, and account notes within Epicor CRM.
- Support Inside Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in the preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Gather drawings, specifications, annual volumes, target pricing, and supporting documentation required for quotation development.
