About the Team

The Indirect Sales team is part of ZF’s Independent Aftermarket sales organization. The team works closely with distributors, repair shops, tire shops, automotive service specialists, and end customers to strengthen ZF’s market presence. Its activities combine field sales, customer development, market intelligence, technical coordination, and commercial reporting. The role collaborates with distributor sales teams and ZF’s Technical Services department to identify opportunities and promote sustainable growth.

What you can look forward to as Indirect Sales Representative:
- - Visit and support parts counters, tire shops, and workshops specializing in braking, suspension, and steering systems.
- - Conduct joint field activities with distributor sales teams to promote ZF brands among existing and prospective customers.
- - Develop strong commercial relationships with distributors, their sales teams, key customers, and relevant market channels.




- - Identify customer needs and translate them into value-added commercial, promotional, technical, and brand-development solutions.
- - Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, pricing trends, opportunities, and potential threats to ZF’s market position.
- - Build and maintain regional databases of parts counters, tire shops, and specialized workshops by city, territory, and brand.
- - Prepare periodic commercial reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide insights that support business decisions.
- - Support distributor events, sales promotions, customer training initiatives, and the onboarding of new accounts into workshop-affiliation programs.

Your Profile as Indirect Sales Representative:
- - Technical qualification or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
