You will partner directly with Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies, proactively identify talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure an effective recruitment experience from intake through offer acceptance.

Track recruitment performance and metrics, including
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience.
Demonstrated experience independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer acceptance.
Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
