Aids and supports sales in customer service activities. Maintains customer relations, handles customer issues and utilizes systems to process data. Responds to customer needs regarding account status, technical product application and warranty claims.

- Engageswithcustomersconcerningnewandexistingpurchaseordersorquotes,documentinganychanges.Keepsallcustomerrecordsandinformationupdatedandaccurate.
- Preparescustomerproductexpectation/pricequotations.Entersandacknowledgescustomerorders.MaintainsCustomerduedatesonorders.Maintainshippingscheduleandinformation.
- Coordinatesproductshipmentswithinternaldepartmentsincludingbutnotlimitedtoscheduling,production,warehouse,andfinance
- Documentsandresolvescustomerissuesandcomplaintsregardingorderstatus,warranties,damage,freightclaims,credits,specialinvoices,andanyotherissuesutilizingappropriatesystems
- Understandsandappliesqualitystandardsapplicabletothepositionandmaintainsstandardoperatingproceduresindocumentcontrolfiles




- Staysabreastofcustomerordersandmaintainsrelatedinformationtoensuretimelyandaccurateproductionandshipmentofproduct
- Obtainsproductandapplicationknowledgeinordertoaddresscustomerneedsandpromotesalesofneworadditionalservices
- Issuesinvoicesandcredits,assumingalignmentwithfinancedepartment;applytocustomers’supplierportalsasrequired
- Ordersmanagementwithincustomers’supplierportals;mayincludeacceptingorrejectingorders
- Engageswithcustomeraccountspayabledepartmenttoresolveanypastdueinvoices,assumingalignmentwithfinancedepartment
- Processesandprovidescommercialinvoicesandcustomsdocumentationforinternationalshipments
- Createsreportsandcorrespondenceforcustomeranddepartmentuse,miscellaneousclericalfunctions,includingtyping,filing,dataentry,answeringtelephones,coveringforotherpersonnelwithinthedepartmentintheirabsence
- PreparesCustomerreportsneededonsalesactivities
