This job is a member of the People Business Partner Team within the People Division. Responsible for contributing to American Airlines' success through consulting, identifying and delivering People (Human Resource) services and solutions that will result in enhanced business capability, and performance/ people engagement.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders across multiple countries within an assigned region, serving as a strategic People partner
- Advise leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on team member relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Partner with leaders to execute annual people processes and drive team member engagement, development, and retention initiatives
- Support talent management activities including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management
- Lead and develop a team of People specialists located across multiple countrie
