We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Product Manager to join the Service Frame Office team. In this role, you will lead and manage R&D; initiatives focused on resolving emerging technical challenges, enhancing existing products, and developing innovative solutions across multiple portfolios, with a primary focus on Steam Turbine and Auxiliary Systems service product lines.
You will collaborate closely with integral manufacturing and engineering teams to drive product development, standardize best practices, and support the implementation of new technologies.



This position will also play a key role in integrating digital solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance product development, improve operational efficiency, and support projects across all Siemens Energy frame and engine classes worldwide.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead and support product development initiatives within the R&D; portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and release service product packages.
- Coordinate global integration efforts across manufacturing and factory hubs, promoting best-practice sharing, lessons learned, and process qualification activities.
- Drive and support engineering efforts related to steam turbine fleet performance, including operational monitoring and technical evaluations.
- Initiate, facilitate, and lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for Steam Turbine systems and auxiliary equipment to identify corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
