About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies that meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor junior recruiters, all while working from the comfort of your home office. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in talent sourcing, candidate experience, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, who is passionate about making a difference in the world of talent acquisition and thrives in a dynamic, virtual-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters,



fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
- Expertise in using various recruitment tools , ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
