You have the opportunity to join our Commercial team as District Sales Manager for the Southeast Region of Mexico.
This role will be based in Chiapas state.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Territory Account Managers team being responsible of performance management and compensation.
- Manage performance, tracking and communicating deployment plans, resource requirements and leading, training, coaching, motivating and rewarding team members.
- Provide direction and delegate to their sales team and remove internal and external obstacles to get sales done.
- Implement the ongoing core values comms and plans in order to keep a healthy and collaborative environment with the team.
- Recruit, train, develop and guidance of the District Sales Team.
- Initiate, implement, evaluate and refine a sales plan for the assigned District.
- Accountable sales volume, market share, penetration, coverage and profit margin through value capture.
- Accountable to achieve the specific sales goals, utilizing proper resources and expenses; responsible for the development of sales strategies and resource plans which ensure achievement of district objectives.
- In addition, the DSM has account responsibility for all major regional and/or national accounts assigned to the district.
- Understand the industry, market chain, local competition actions and build a strong relationship with the main customers and key stakeholders and associations in order to ensure the information and business network.
