Job Responsibilities:
Plan and dispatch freight orders, monitoring capacity, routes, delivery performance and operational exceptions. Lead and develop Inland First Mile Agents, ensuring compliance with safety, transport and company standards. Optimize cost, productivity, asset utilization and service performance through continuous improvement. Manage transport vendors, internal stakeholders and customer communications. Resolve operational disruptions, delivery issues and customer complaints within agreed timelines.
