Production Quality Supervisor
At Siemens, we are looking for a passionate professional to lead Production Quality activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Production Quality team and support daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance through quality KPIs.
- Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Coordinate quality activities with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
- Support audits, product safety, and employee quality awareness programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering,



or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly.
- Ability to analyze quality data and drive improvement actions.
- Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IEC and IEEE standards.
- Experience with quality KPIs (FPY, PPM, DPU, NCRs).
- Internal auditing experience.
- Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
