The Global Web & Digital Marketing team leads digital transformation across CHI and is seeking a talented, entrepreneurial thinker to join as Senior Manager, Global Digital Marketing, part of the Marketing, Brand & Demand Generation organization at Capsugel. In this role, you will lead digital marketing strategy, execution, and reporting for ACHIEV® - Capsugel's B2B e-commerce and customer portal - while flexing to support broader Global Web & Digital Marketing initiatives across CHI. This position sits at the intersection of platform marketing, digital channel management, and integral campaign support, partnering cross-functionally with product marketing, commercial excellence, regional marketing, and IT.



Successful candidates must operate at both a strategic level, developing innovative digital marketing solutions, and at a tactical level, analyzing data, solving problems, and driving execution across multiple priorities.
What you will do
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution for the ACHIEV® platform across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEM, display, LinkedIn, email, organic, and content), driving new user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with ACHIEV® business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging, brand standards, and optimized funnel performance from awareness through registration to platform activation.
- Own marketing automation strategy for ACHIEV®, including lead nurturing flows, onboarding sequences, re‑engagement campaigns, and full customer lifecycle marketing programs.
- Manage digital content strategy in collaboration with internal and external stake
