This role requires an understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application to corporate accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Support monthly close and internal reporting process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for accrued sales and marketing expenses, debt, and prepaids • Assist in ensuring that financial statements and related accounting processes for the U.S. Corporate Accounting team are in compliance with U.S.



GAAP • Analyze monthly and quarterly fluctuations in accounts associated with areas of responsibility • Assist with completion of internal controls associated with areas of responsibility • Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes • Provide support to General Accounting group with operational analysis as related to recurring transactions and the monthly account reconciliation process • Provide support for accounting for new business initiatives • Assist with various projects and accounting matters and drive value within the business, aware that the availability for work will be in Eastern Time (ET). • Performs other duties as requiredEducation and Experience: Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, MSA / MBA a plus • 3-4 years of public accounting and / or corporate experience at SEC registered entities Preferred Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office Software, especially Excel • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Deadline orie
