Position OverviewChemours is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Latin America. This position will be based at our Mexico City Office (Plaza Carso) and report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite.
About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Partner at Chemours, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across Latin America and the United States. Leveraging experience in proactive candidate sourcing, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Partners based in both the U.S. and LATAM regions to understand talent needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Beyond candidate sourcing and relationship building,



you will contribute to key talent initiatives, including employer branding, talent intelligence, process optimization, and recruitment metrics reporting. You will partner cross-functionally to promote Chemours as an employer of choice, champion best-in-class hiring practices, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the recruitment process. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top-tier talent in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead candidate sourcing for critical and recurrent positions across Latin America (with a focus on Mexico) and the United States.
