What will you do?
As a Finance Intern at the QRO Campus, you’ll be an important part of our Finance team, supporting key processes that help keep our operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day work will give you hands‑on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will:

- Support month‑end close activities, including preparing financial reports and reviewing actuals versus forecast or budget variances.
- Assist with Sales, COGS, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.
- Support CAPEX and OPEX validation by maintaining project trackers, reviewing documentation, coordinating follow‑ups, and assisting with Fixed Asset creation and capitalization activities.
- Support inventory governance activities, including cycle counts, Physical Inventory preparation, reconciliation, and follow‑up on inventory discrepancies.
- Help monitor internal controls and maintain clear supporting documentation for audits, cross‑audits, and internal reviews.
- Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing,



Supply Chain, and Central Finance teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that improve financial visibility and decision‑making.
- Bring forward ideas to simplify processes, automate recurring activities, and strengthen financial governance.
