The Anti-Money Laundering (AML)



Operations Supervisor acts as a critical bridge between the Operations Analysts and upper compliance management. The Supervisor ensures that the team efficiently identifies, investigates, and escalates potential financial crimes while strictly adhering to regulatory standards.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing the team for daily operations, providing support on assigned work, keeping track of the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing feedback to the team, regarding performance results and improvements required.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflows, task allocations, and performance metrics (OKR-KPI) for a team of AML Operations analysts.
- Review sample of alerts handled by the AML Operations Team, ensuring compliance with standard process, risk coverage, and validate the accuracy of cases outcomes.
- Provide support to management to reduce false positives by escalating inconsistencies with alerts hand
