Impact Advisors Mexico is looking for an Epic PB Associate to support professional billing workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role is designed for professionals with experience in professional billing, revenue cycle operations, healthcare administration, EHR/EMR systems, healthcare IT, or related healthcare environments who are interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare consulting.

Epic PB experience or certification is not required to apply . Candidates may have opportunities to develop Epic expertise and pursue certification based on applicable role requirements, business needs, eligibility, and Epic processes.

What You'll Do
- Support professional billing workflows within Epic.
- Analyze application requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to professional billing.
- Support workflows involving charges, claims, billing, payments, adjustments, and related revenue cycle processes.
- Assist with application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.




- Work with billing and operational teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Investigate application and workflow issues, identify potential root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support analysis of billing workflows and related system processes.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for system enhancements.
- Support implementation, upgrade, optimization, and enhancement activities as applicable.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.
- Collaborate with billing specialists, providers, clinical teams, revenue cycle stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams supporting U.S. healthcare clients.
- Support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of requirements, issues, testing
