As we continue expanding our commercial organization in Mexico, we are looking for a Team Lead – Sales Development Representatives who can develop high-performing sales talent, strengthen outbound prospecting strategies, and consistently drive qualified pipeline generation.

Position Overview
The Team Lead – Sales Development Representatives (Mexico) is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of SDRs focused on generating new B2B business opportunities for Envia.com.
This role combines people leadership with hands-on commercial execution. The Team Lead monitors individual and team performance, improves prospecting strategies, reviews calls and pipelines, develops SDR capabilities,



and ensures consistent achievement of KPIs related to outbound activity, qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline generation.
The adecuado candidate is a commercially driven leader who understands how to build pipeline from scratch and can translate their own sales experience into practical coaching that improves team performance.

Role Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives related to outbound activity, qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline generation.
• Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Support SDRs in identifying target accounts and key decision-makers.
