Payroll & HR Administration Manager – LATAM

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Manager – LATAM to lead payroll governance and HR administration across multiple LATAM countries, supporting approximately 2,500 employees and managing a team of Payroll & HR Administration Specialists.

A key focus of this role will be leading the implementation and transformation of payroll systems across LATAM, coordinating country-specific requirements, data readiness, testing, integrations, and deployment in partnership with local HR teams, Finance, IT, integral teams, and external payroll providers.
