Maintenance Superintendent

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Design, implement, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment, HVACR machinery,



and plant utilities.
• Lead the maintenance team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, availability).
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling expenses in spare parts, external services, and contractors.
• Coordinate installation, improvement, and modernization projects to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, OSHA, NOM, etc.).
• Implement RCM, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM methodologies to optimize processes.
• Manage and supervise external service providers and spare part suppliers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to solve technical issues affecting operations.
• Develop and train maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
