About the Role
We are looking for a Cost Accountant Jr. Analyst to support financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and accounting processes. This role will contribute to accurate financial reporting and provide insights to support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
• Support cost accounting and financial analysis activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs.
• Track revenues, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial and cost reports for management.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost deviations, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support general ledger activities.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance and other business areas to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 maximum years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, cost accounting, or related areas.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances and trends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Experience with ERP systems/SAP
