Position Title: Packaging Development Engineer

Job Description:
• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
• Working with Global Team for developing packaging specification for live system.
• Responsible for maintaining and harmonizing the packaging specification in the system.
• Creation of Standardized packaging specification document Responsible for Data Collection from General Vendors/Suppliers for missing information to enable the subsequent creation & enrichment of all specs and packaging standards
• Lead Key Areas of Capability Improvement: Productivity/Value Creation, Category Benchmarking, Technical Know-How, Design Best Practices, Development Innovation Process &Excellence; in Execution
• Lead the productivity improvement pillar for packaging areas in the supply chain cross function all team (material, equipment)




• Material, equipment, design, rationalization, waste improvement.
• Vendor based sustainability reporting.
• Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
• Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
• Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
• Conduct line trials
• Conduct lab testing
• Develop packaging specifications

Candidate Requirements
• Graduate or Engineering in Packaging or relevant field.
• 1+years minimum experience in Packaging R&D; for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries
• Good communication skills both oral and written
