Overview
We are looking for a Senior Claude Full-Stack Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers.
This is a senior, client-facing engineering role for someone who can independently manage an engagement from technical discovery and solution design through development, testing, certification, deployment, and handover.
The idóneo candidate combines strong full-stack development experience with hands-on experience using Claude Code, MCP servers, AI agents, integrations, automation, and AI evaluation.
You will also contribute to the core platform between customer engagements, turning repeated integration patterns into reusable APIs, connectors, tooling, and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into technical scope, architecture, risks,



estimates, and operational cost considerations.
• Partner with Sales and business stakeholders during technical scoping and solution design.
• Build end-to-end integrations using Claude Code, AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, ERP systems, third-party platforms, files, batch processing, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Design and implement reliable data integration and reconciliation processes.
• Own testing and certification of your solutions, including parity against customer source systems and automated regression testing.
• Build reusable verification tools such as parity harnesses, reconciliation tooling, AI-generated test cases, and customer-facing reporting.
• Define testing strategies for AI agents and other non-deterministic systems.
• Evaluate prompt injection risks, tool permissions, MCP access, agent autonomy, and human approval requirements.
