We are looking for a reliable, persuasive, and execution-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our team and help us create new business opportunities with healthcare practices across the United States.
This is a hands-on outbound sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, following up, and building relationships with decision-makers.
? What You’ll Do• Research and identify prospective healthcare practices across the U.S.
• Make outbound cold calls to dental offices, medical practices, specialty clinics, chiropractors,



and other healthcare businesses
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other messaging channels
• Speak with office managers, practice owners, doctors, and other decision-makers
• Introduce our services and solutions clearly and professionally
• Identify business needs and qualify potential opportunities
• Book qualified meetings and demos for our founder and sales team
• Follow up consistently with prospects through structured outreach sequences
• Maintain accurate lead, activity, and follow-up information in the CRM
• Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
• Occasionally assist with customer communication and relationship management
• Use AI and automation tools to improve prospecting, personalization, follow-up, and productivity
