ABOUT THE ROLE
SKM is a health company focused on personalized nutrition and metabolic evaluation based on blood testing.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Bilingual Sales & Client Intake Lead to join our team.
This is not primarily an administrative or client-care position. The core responsibility is to actively manage qualified leads through the SKM sales journey—from initial contact and information gathering to paid consultations, offer follow-up, and program enrollment.
You will communicate directly with potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, schedule paid consultations, coordinate onboarding requirements, follow up on open opportunities, and ensure qualified leads continue moving forward.
Success in this role requires strong sales judgment, proactive follow-up, exceptional organization, and the ability to build genuine connections with people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Lead Management
• Manage qualified leads throughout the SKM sales journey, from initial contact through consultation and enrollment.
• Proactively follow up with leads and open offers according to established communication processes.
• Take ownership of moving leads forward rather than simply waiting for responses.
• Recognize stalled opportunities and determine the appropriate next step.
Client Communication & Intake
• Communicate professionally and personally with potential clients throughout the intake process.
• Read client needs, hesitation, communication cues, and level of readiness, using good interpersonal judgment rather than relying only on a script.
• Collect and organize the information needed to move each lead forward.
• Schedule paid Diagnostic and Individual Consultation appointments (minimin 3 per week).
• Coordinate payment steps, questionnaires, and other onboarding requirements.
• Send payment links and help clients complete the required steps.
• Support the transition from qualified lead to enrolled client
