THE ROLE
Every person you talk to already applied for a job. They're routed to your dialer as inbound calls, and you dial back the ones you miss. You know their experience and location before you pick up. Your job is the last mile: qualify them, send them the application link while you're on the phone, keep them on the line until it's done, and log the confirmation number.

This is a phone-first, commission-forward role. Your pay follows your closes. The people who do well here have run a dialer, closed over the phone,



and don't let "let me finish it later" end the call.
Fully remote. US and international applicants welcome.

A TYPICAL DAY
Around 150 to 200 calls, inbound and outbound, 40 to 55 real conversations, and 10 to 15 completed applications. At $10 each, a 15-close day is $150 before your retainer. Leads, dialer, and script are provided. You bring the close.

SCHEDULE
Two openings:
• Weekday: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time
• Weekend-inclusive: Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Saturday and Sunday are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Answer inbound candidate calls and dial back missed ones using our leads, dialer, and scripts
• Screen against campaign requirements: experience, licensing, work history, disqualifiers
• Ask every required question clearly and record the candidate's exact answers
• Flag borderline answers for review rather than deciding yourself
• Send the application link during the ca
