Main Objective
Responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top corporate talent to support Sigma’s business priorities and long-term growth. Leads end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized positions, partnering closely with leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. In addition, supports key operations, including vendor management, budget administration, payment processes, employer branding initiatives, university relations, and early talent programs. The role also serves as a Talent & Culture partner for Sigma’s intern community, helping ensure a meaningful development experience for future talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized and professional positions across corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, university partnerships, and digital recruiting tools.




• Assess candidates and drive selection processes to ensure high-quality hiring decisions and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide talent market insights and workforce intelligence to support business decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, universities, and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Lead Sigma's participation in career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Build strategic relationships with academic institutions to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
• Partner with leaders to enhance the experience and growth of early-career talent while contributing to future leadership pipelines.
