Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday - Fridays

Compensation: 268,000 - 420,000 MXN, annually, based on experience

Position Overview

Xerox is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end operation, coordination, and control of the company’s monthly Mexico payroll.



While payroll calculation and processing are outsourced to ADP, this position serves as the primary internal payroll subject matter expert and operational owner.

In this role, you will ensure payroll inputs are complete and accurate, validate ADP’s payroll calculations, coordinate payroll and statutory payments, and complete all required accounting, compliance, reconciliation, and reporting activities. You will work closely with ADP and internal partners across People Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Benefits, and Legal to deliver an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll.

The ideal candidate has strong practical experience managing Mexican payroll, detailed knowledge of local statutory requirements, and the ability to independently manage complex payroll processes and deadlines.
