Responsible of two Business units. (HCS / HVD). Lead the deployment of Lean principles and structure project Management.



Main objective is eliminating waste and improve cost, efficiency and operative organization. Continues improvement, facilitates cross functional projects and support the division growth. Leads new product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsabilities:

• Responsible of Lean methodologies implementation among all Divisions.
• Lean tools implementation (VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, Problem Solving, etc.).
• President Kaizen events responsible.
• Lead development and execution of the annual Lean roadmap aligned with the WIN site strategy and Parker Hannifin goals.
• Implement and maintain visual management systems, daily management boards, and tiered accountability processes.
• Support the deployment and maturity of the Parker Business System / Lean operating system (PBS, WIN Strategy, etc.).
• Coach Managers and teams on deep root
