About The Role

With direction from the Sr. Manager, Global Digital Tools, the Sr. Digital Tools Consultant will support the implementation, deployment, optimization, and ongoing operation of a portfolio of global digital tools serving Mary Kay consumers and Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs). The role will partner with Corporate, regional, and market teams to translate business needs into scalable global solutions while supporting market-specific deployment and adoption needs. Responsibilities include project and rollout support, post-launch hypercare, testing, issue management, analytics and reporting, and coordination across mobile and web experiences. This role requires critical thinking, strong cross-cultural collaboration, an understanding of digital and mobile technologies, and a global user-experience mindset.

• Support global digital tools initiatives from planning through deployment and post-launch stabilization, contributing to roadmaps, requirements, testing, market readiness, rollout coordination, and measurable business outcomes.




• Support A360 market deployments by coordinating with regional and market stakeholders, tracking readiness activities and dependencies, and helping ensure consistent execution of global digital experiences across markets.
• Support the Virtual Try-On (VTO) migration project by contributing to market deployment plans led by project and regional owners, coordinating readiness activities, and managing post-launch hypercare, issue triage, tracking, escalation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support the Global Skin Analyzer project through requirements validation, testing and UAT coordination, defect tracking, market readiness, rollout support, and post-launch follow-up.
• Provide project and deployment support for the Asia Pacific iCatalog rollout, working with general, regional, market, technology, and vendor partners to coordinate testing, readiness, issue resolution, and launch activities.
