Vistance Networks is looking for a Network Technical Support Manager to lead our team of support engineers and drive exceptional customer experiences across our telecommunications and networking solutions.

What You'll Do
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical challenges
• Improve support processes, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
• Deliver technical coaching and training to team members

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



or related field
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP)
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred
• ITIL certification or similar process management experience
• Telecommunications or networking industry experience
